1. Agreement

By accessing clientpilotdigital.com or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Our Services

ClientPilot Digital provides website design, local SEO, AI automation, and CRM setup services. All services are subject to a separate written agreement between ClientPilot Digital and the client.

3. Intellectual Property

All designs, content, and deliverables created by ClientPilot Digital remain our property until full payment is received. Upon complete payment, ownership of agreed deliverables is transferred to the client.

4. Payment Terms

• All invoices are due within the schedule agreed upon in the service contract
• Late payments may result in suspension of active services
• All prices are quoted in EUR unless otherwise stated

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if you have concerns about a service.

6. Limitation of Liability

ClientPilot Digital's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kosovo.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes your acceptance.
